Can I use the Taunus Tower address for registering in the german commercial register?
Yes, a registration in the german commercial register is possible for clients with our Shared Office contract / Company seat / Registered Office and our office clients. The address is: Mergenthalerallee 73-75, 65760 Eschborn
Is this a summoning address/address for service?
By registering in the german commercial register you obtain a summoning address / address for service.
How long is the basic contract period?
Our contracts have a 12 month contract period with a notice period of three months to the end of the quarter.
Does my company gain a tax advantage with a seat In Eschborn?
Clients with a Shared Office contract / Company seat / Registered Office profit from the tax rate advantage of Eschborn with 330 % (Frankfurt: 460%). With this you profit from one of the lowest tax rates in the Rhein-Main-Area/Hessen.
What additional costs are due?
No service charge invoices are issued as part of our contracts. Billing is based on a flat rate, which is already included in the rent.
What special requirements apply to booking the conference room in the Taunus Tower Eschborn?
For conference room bookings, please contact our reception staff.
You can book an additional 55” LED LCD screen for your presentations for a surcharge of €20.
You can also book catering from our partner caterer for a fee, as well as drinks provided by our staff on weekdays.
Internet and the use of a flipchart with whiteboard back wall as well as self-service with drinks from our kitchen on weekdays are already included in the price.
Is there internet access via WIFI and are the charges included in the rental price?
Yes, the charges for using the fast 500 MB duplex line with integrated subnetworks via LAN and WIFI are included in the additional costs of your rental price.
At what time is the Taunus Tower opened?
Access is ensured by our reception staff on weekdays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. For access outside our opening hours, please use an access card. This card can be obtained on request from our secretarial staff against a deposit.
Is there a deposit to pay?
Yes, the rental deposit is three months’ gross rent and must be paid by bank transfer or in cash before the contract begins.
The deposit for keys and access card must be paid additionally. You can pay the deposit(s) either by bank transfer or in cash. All deposits paid will be returned to your rental or desired account after 6 months following the end of the contract and, if necessary, removal from the commercial register.
Who is allowed to collect mail and parcels for my company?
Parcels and letters will only be handed out to persons named by you in advance by checking their identity card.
Please contact our secretarial staff if you wish to change the person responsible for collection.

Are a printer and photocopier available for free use?
Yes, we will be happy to set up access to our professional office customer printer for you. Simply contact our staff, who will be happy to help you set up the driver.
How ist he kitchen equipped?
Our kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine for different types of coffee, various types of tea, a kettle, a microwave, a fridge and a water dispenser.
With this extensive selection, all your wishes for a variety of drinks can be fulfilled.
Are there underground parking slots?
Our Office Clients have the option of booking an underground parking space.
The following parking options are available outside for your guests and corporate/shared office customers:
- – two well-marked parking spaces in front of the entrance to the Taunus Tower
- – Parking spaces along the Mergenthalerallee
- – Parking spaces on a nearby gravel parking lot
Do I have to pay GEZ fees myself?
Yes. The GEZ fees are not included in the additional costs. Please inform yourself about the conditions that apply to you.
